Step 1: Dating Coaching and Strategy Session.
You start with a private session with Alla.
This is where we clarify your dating goals, refine your preferences, and align expectations.
For many clients, this step alone brings clarity they didn’t realise they were missing.
Step 2: Refined Compatibility Check.
Your profile is reviewed through a medium-depth compatibility filter, more detailed than OneMatch.
This includes:
age range
culture or nationality
religion or openness
lifestyle basics
relationship intention
photos
up to three non-negotiables
This step ensures we are realistic, aligned, and efficient.
Step 3: Priority Search.
Your profile is placed into a priority search queue. Instead of waiting for a group to form or timing to align, our team actively looks for suitable matches within our network.
Step 4: 2 curated One-on-One Dates.
We contact potential matches individually, confirm mutual interest, and arrange a private date.
No swiping.

Timing and Expectations
Our goal is to arrange your curated one-on-one date within one month.
That’s significantly faster than traditional matchmaking and far more intentional than apps or events.
Pricing and Commitment
To initiate the process and confirm commitment, a small assessment deposit is required.
- The deposit is credited toward your final fee
- It is not an extra charge
- If we are unable to provide a suitable introduction, a refund applies according to the service terms

Only after both are received do we consider your application official and begin the process.
- Application ReviewWithin 24 hours after your deposit payment, you will receive a confirmation that we’ve received your application.
After that, we take up to 48 hours to review your request. This review includes:
• Checking whether your preferences are realistic
• Assessing whether your request falls under low, medium, or high complexity
• Confirming whether Express Matchmaking is the right service for you
Please note:
This stage is not yet the matching search. It is an evaluation phase to ensure Express Matchmaking is suitable for your criteria.
If your request is confirmed as appropriate for Express Matchmaking, your application is approved and we proceed to the next step.
If your request is high complexity and not suitable for Express Matchmaking, we will inform you and recommend Standard or Premium Matchmaking instead. - 2. Payment Structure and TermsExpress Matchmaking is a bundled service that includes a dating coaching session and up to two curated dates.
A. Deposit and Activation
The deposit activates:
• Scheduling of your dating coaching and strategy session
• Preparation of your profile and refined matching criteria
If you cancel before any work starts (before coaching and before search):
➡️ You receive a full refund.
B. Coaching Session
Express Matchmaking includes a full dating coaching and strategy session with Alla.
Once the coaching session has taken place:
• This part of the service is considered delivered
• The coaching portion becomes non-refundable
The coaching session provides clarity, positioning, and realistic direction for the matching phase.
C. Matching & Settlement Payment
After the coaching session, we begin the active matching process.
This includes:
• Refined compatibility filtering
• Priority search within our database
• Outreach to potential matches
• Confirming mutual interest
• Sharing profiles and photos with permission
• Coordinating dates
The settlement payment covers the matching and date coordination portion of the service. - 3. Search TimelineOnce the coaching session is completed and the search is activated:
• Our goal is to arrange the first curated date within one month
• Express Matchmaking includes up to two curated dates, depending on availability and complexity
Dates are arranged one at a time.
We do not present multiple options simultaneously, as this allows us to refine the search and remain respectful to all participants. - 4. Refund and Transfer ConditionsA. If no dates are arranged
If after the coaching session and active search:
• No suitable matches are found
• Or no mutual interest is confirmed
• And no dates take place
➡️ The matching portion of the fee is refunded
➡️ The coaching session remains non-refundable
B. If one date is arranged
Once one curated date has been arranged:
• That part of the service is considered delivered
• The service continues toward the second date
• No refund applies for the delivered portion
C. If two dates are arranged
Once two curated dates are arranged or completed:
➡️ Express Matchmaking is considered fully delivered
➡️ No refunds apply - 5. No Freezing or Pausing PolicyExpress Matchmaking is a time-bound, focused service.
We do not offer freezing or pausing of this service.
If you decide not to proceed at any point:
• The service is closed according to the refund rules above
• The Express Matchmaking price and conditions cannot be frozen or held for future use - 6. Upgrade to Full Matchmaking (Credit Option)If after:
• One or two dates
• Or during the process
You feel that Express Matchmaking is not sufficient, you may apply for Standard or Premium Matchmaking.
In this case:
➡️ The amount paid for Express Matchmaking can be credited toward your Matchmaking package, after evaluation of complexity and scope.
This allows you to continue without losing your investment. - 7. After the Date — No Refunds PolicyOnce a curated date has taken place, refunds are not provided for that portion of the service.
This includes cases where:
• You did not feel chemistry
• The date did not meet expectations
• Personal dynamics did not align
As long as:
• The match met your stated criteria
• Photos were shared and mutually approved
• The date was coordinated and confirmed
That part of the service is considered fulfilled - Important NoteExpress Matchmaking is designed to offer clarity, speed, and personal attention, but it cannot guarantee chemistry or emotional outcomes.
